Getting accustomed to the Louisiana heat still. Okay I will answer your question and not be like some of the dbags on here. He had a really tough time adjusting to the heat down here although I am pretty sure that was just a small amount of it.
Learning the middle with in the Chiefs system is very very tough(see Beckwith the all world linebacker we signed out of high school) It will be tough for a youngster coming in and getting playing time at that spot. I can't answer if he has played at all(I don't think) or why at least he is not getting playing time on special teams. Maybe we don't want to waste a redshirt on him if he has not played.

Speaking as a dbag, I think he has played some special teams.
