What would this indicate?

Over the past two days, shares for a company have gone from 22p a share to 18p a share (and still dropping).

That people are selling.

If you want a more serious answer, most will want to know the ticker for the company.

Knowing nothing about soccer or Rangers, I am sticking with my original answer, people are selling.

ETA: Was the share issue an IPO? Or were they issuing more shares to raise capital? I know MANU went public not too long ago. If they issued shares to raise money, most investors view that as a sign of weakness.

As has already been said, this merely indicates demand is slipping. There can be many reasons why ranging from "Oh my God the Rangers will get relegated" to some Russian oligarch's daughter breaking up with her player boyfriend and selling her shares to express her displeasure.
