According to the police report, 32-year-old Brandy Allen was accused of grabbing handfuls of make-up without even looking at the color, prices or labels. The person who called police allegedly told them a second female was trying to distract store employees and lead them away from Allen.
Officers say just before they arrived Allen allegedly entered a restroom and flushed the toilet approximately 6-7 times. After officers requested to look in her purse, Allen reportedly fumbled around for several minutes before taking out several packs of eye shadow. The officer said as she pulled them out she would run her fingers through them to make it appear as if it had been used already.
According to the arrest report, she began cursing loudly, saying that "no one f---ing saw her steal anything" and used several other expletives.
Allen was charged with Shoplifting and Disorderly Conduct.
