Would it not be better if they used a power points system to determine the four best teams. Lets say you get 10 points per win. 5 points just for playing a team in one of the big 5 conferences and 1 point for every win a team on your schedule gets. The top 4 power points gets in playoffs. I think that will keep teams from scheduling creampuff teams

My system would be better.
1. Make sure LSU is always picked.
2. Make sure Alabama is never picked.
3. Choose some other scrubs at random.

I think it'll create better schedules. Plus it hurts bama with their sec schedule.
