A U.S. District judge ruled on Wednesday that the Department of Justice must turn over a privilege log of documents withheld by the agency on Operation Fast and Furious.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the Justice Department must provide the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee with a list of documents — but not the documents themselves - withheld on the gun running operation.

The agency has until Oct. 1 to turn over the documents, Jackson said during a status hearing.

DOJ to Judge. Me and Barack are Black...can't touch us...or cities will burn. The President claims Executive Privilege anyway; trumps you. So sue us...and take it to the SCOTUS.

Well Benghazi just doesn't seem to be complying to the 'scandal' narrative, so let's spin the scandal o' wheel, and....it is stopping on...F&F!

Not really sure how an operation that Obama inherited from the previous administration is a scandal. I mean were mistakes made sure, should some of the agents involved be fired, maybe, but how is this a political scandal?

1: Obama is not aware of any illegal actions.

2: If illegal actions did occur, they are Bush's fault.

3. Rinse and Repeat.

F&F wasn't inherited from a previous administration. It was a separate operation under his AG's watch. You know.. the one being held in contempt right now.

And when are republicans gonna do something about Eric Holder being held in contempt of congress? You'd think at the very least that everytime his name comes they could remind people that he was held in contempt of congress.
