Does anybody know offhand how many women of Hobby Lobby were using one of these 4 drugs that have been exempted?
The number of people affected is irrelevant to the constitutional question.
It's a simple matter of the First Amendment. There is no compelling government interest in forcing Hobby Lobby to provide those particular drugs to its employees, so it's a simple question of freedom of religion.
Everything else is just something that makes the dissenters look stupid. Can you imagine how foolish someone would look complaining about lack of choice for ANY other prescription where they had 16 options fully covered, and the 4 remaining options could be purchased out of pocket?

SCOTUS used BS language and reasoning to call the Obamacare penalties a "tax" thus allowing the law to stand: Dems think SCOTUS is necessary
SCOTUS used BS language and reasoning to carve out a very tiny exception to a massive law: Dems think SCOTUS is awful.

Meh. In fairness both sides are guilty of that.

But let me guess, Roe v. Wade isn't legislation since the Democrats agree with the decision?
You're reading my mind.
