This happened in an u20 african cup a while back, problem was that the team they were leaving out by drawing was the host team. He'll broke loose after the draw. They made them replay the game and said if it was another tie they'd go to PKs...in a group match.

That match is the reason why all of the final group games are played simultaneously.

And another thing is that the winner of the group likely gets Algeria, aka a ticket to the quarter finals! not that Belgium has looked too impressive. The US shouldn't settle for a draw.

Did you see them today? They're not the 2010 Algeria.

They'd be lucky to get one, IMO. They're playing great, but Germany is on another level compared to Ghana and Portugal.

They played well for the most part against Belgium. Not sure what game you were watching.

ETA: Not to mention basically dominating today. They aren't a pushover.
