Monty or Mike Brown?
I'm not sure he will be offered a head coaching position for next year.
Apparently the Rockets are discussing trying to get him to be an assistant.
Would you take Mike Brown as head coach over Monty?

There are very few "qualified" coaches that I wouldn't take over Monty.

I'd take him as an assitant and let him work with the defense, not sure I'd want him anywhere near the offense.
