I have a rent house that had 3 family members die in from old age. I never disclose to the tenant unless they ask. I've never lost a renter because of it.

What is it about the afterlife that would make ghosts confined to the structure in which they died? Does the afterlife come with the loss of the ability to open an outside door, or even sneak out of one when a current living occupant might open it?

And flex those vocal pipes apparently, but only while in a room you aren't currently in.
Then you have to explain it to your guests. So embarrassing.

I like my house well enough, but I'd hate the thought of being stuck exclusively there permanently for all eternity if I happen to kick the bucket there. I guess, I need to try to make sure I die somewhere I really want to spend a lot of time.

Well, my mom was always a homebody, although technically speaking she's now a home nonbody.

I just bought my house from my Mother. They are building on some property she re-married into and we helped each other out with me buying the house from her. No big deal. An older widow owned the house before my Mom did and she was brutally honest with my Mom when they were negotiating the deal 15 years ago, and told her that her deceased husband blew his head off with a shotgun in the shed a few months before she put the house up for sale.

I built my house last year, on grounds where some of the bloodiest battles of the civil war have been fought. Fairly certain someone has lost their life on my land, as well as every one of my neighbors and most people in Franklin.
