Red Fish Dinner Question

Anyone here ever fry up some reds? I hear they're best when fried in a mustard based batter with zatarans fish fry.

That's how I do it. I use yellow mustard,garlic powder, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Then use Louisiana fish fry.

Yea, though frying works best with 16-18" fish.
