CONCACAF is shite too. Atleast in Europe UEFA will make teams play in empty stadiums if their fans act like a bunch of wild animals.

So does a player have to sign an affidavit or something confessing he took a dive in order to be punished? This was one of the more blatant cases recently.

I don't know if anyone has ever been punished for a dive except for getting a yellow in a game.

I think the right punishment would be to fine Costa Rica and suspended Campbell for 2 games. Since they last 2 qualifiers won't matter suspend him for the first 2 games in the World Cup, that could really frick Costa Rica up.
