who the frick drafts peyton manning and sits him? I have manning and never for an instant would've thought about benching him. if I have Rodgers, brady, brees or manning I don't sit them no matter what unless injured

I don't feel that bad actually. Regardless of the result, the decision wasn't necessarily incorrect. Both were projected 17 points for our system, and 7 touchdowns is a statistical near-impossibility. I didn't think the Ravens would be nearly as bad defensively, and I thought Wilson would rack up more total yards. He just didn't put up touchdowns.
How about the Failcons though, beaver? ;)

Why would you draft Manning and then draft another QB?

Also, this is terrible logic. I posted this thread for the lolz, but I was hoping smart people would respond.

Seriously? There are 3-4 tops QBs and you don't sit them. Manning is one of them. If you understand that you're a moron.
ETA: and if your starting players base on "projections" then you are helpless.

Projection Slave. I don't care if it projects Manning for -7 and Wilson 435. I'm going Manning EVERY TIME

Because he was still on the board late. Pretty irrelevant whether I pick him up in waivers or not, I think he was my second to last pick.
eta: he's also pretty fragile/old.

You won't need a backup with Manning. For his Bye someone will have a great matchup ad you can pick him up. I don't understand how people can't grasp that.

Edited, I forgot to mention I don't feel entirely comfortable with Manning.
And why does it matter if I draft Jacquizz Rodger or whatever instead dude?

Because of you NEVER sit Brees, Rodgers, Manning and maybe Brady it's not smart. Therefore why waste a roster spot on a backup QB. You may draft a late RB and him blow up, but instead you have a 18 point QB on your bench who is worthless.

Yea if hate to have a QB on my team that(other than an entire season) has missed 0 games in 13 years.

dude his neck his fragile as shite and he's 37, that's what I meant. I don't care if he was durable in his 20s. pretty ridiculous to not acknowledge that risk.

Then what the frick did you draft him for?
I wish more people like you were in my league. Championship every year

The fact that he takes one hit. I don't keep up with the NFL as much as y'all likely do, but I thought the Denver OL is pretty mediocre as well.
pretty embarrassing in hindsight, but I did this thread to make fun of myself for trying to get cute with my decision. don't appreciate that I was called a moron by one of the more vapid MSBtard philistines though. Lesson learned though, fasho.
