James Brown will soon come back to life on-screen in a new Universal Studios biopic which will feature Chadwick Boseman as the hardest working man in show business, Variety reports. Boseman, who starred in 42 , will join an A-list cast and crew that also includes director Tate Taylor ( The Help ) as well as producers Brian Grazer and Mick Jagger. Jez and Henry Butterworth wrote the screenplay for the film. The film chronicles Brown’s slow journey to fame, beginning with his difficult childhood and struggle with poverty and ending with his rise as an international recording artist.
