The season cannot start soon enough. In about a month, no one will care about this silly ticky tack BS. No one cares what TCU's coach thinks of LSU's coach. Except we have to, because it's either that or talk about golf.

In my opinion, Miles is only responsible for issuing disciplinary action for events that occur when those kids become his players.
What he did in highschool, while morally reprehensible, isn't Miles' concern in terms of disciplinary actions for players.
Teams recruit players all the time with shady backgrounds and legal issues. It's not an issue for them because it's past occurrences. But all of a sudden it's (the past crime) the coaches problem when another problem arises? No dice.
Should the NFL (or NFL team) fine and punish Hill for all of these events in the event he gets drafted? Of course not. So why should high school instances matter to Miles on the college level?
Patterson should be more worried about his QB and why players around his program are voluntarily leaving.
