Confederations Cup trophy - kind of shitty dont you think?

I mean the hardware itself. Kind of small and skimpy imo.

Well it looks a lot like the WC trophy to me, in terms of size anyways. Besides small and skimpy kind of describes the Confed Cup so the trophy seems fitting.

Crap tournament, skimpy *unnecessary trophy. Despite that no team has won then gone on to win the WC I think it is unfair advantage to some big teams. It is good practice for the following summer.

It's a relatively young tournament that is excellent practice for both hosts and the teams participating. It's only been around since 1997. It's grown in prestige and coverage every cycle, and this past tournament was pretty excellent.

I think the Confederations Cup is important. I would like to see the OFC spot abolished by forcing them to join Asia. That Gold Cup trophy is way over the top.
