Should the Pelicans keep or trade their first round pick?

The Pelicans have a choice this offseason to either stay young and keep rebuilding through draft picks, or try to gain age by adding some veterans. Do you think it is more in their interest to keep our first round pick, or trade it for a proven veteran? Lets just say we have the 5th pick in the draft.

It's not so black and white because it's doubtful you'd get say Rondo for just the 5th pick. If you're asking proven Rondo level difference making young veteran or 2nd tier draft pick with potential you go with the young veteran.

yes to this and this isnt one of those drafts at all where anyone wants to be in the lottery that bad
