They immediatley clarify that these are their own critics/writer's favorite movies. So kind of a counter to our 100 MWADS. Some are oddball.
It's going to piss some of you off because Goodfellas is 91 and Dirty Dancing is 57. But if you look at it more from the perspective of a the worker's pics at the Movie Gallery, I think it is more understandable.

No top 100 list will not have a complaint for at least a few things. Godfather is really low. But how was the order determined? The names besides the Titles throw me off.

Empire had a good list but there were some baffling choices (I.e. citizen kane at 30)

1. The Wizard of Oz
And no Jurassic Park?
This list is awful

I think you can make a solid case for WoO
Memorable visuals: check
Iconic character: check
Stands the Test of time: check
Memorable lines: check
Do I think it's number 1? Nope, it's top 10 though.

It's not my favorite but Wizard of Oz is a fantastic movie. 1939 had two, possibly three movies that could be considered some of top 50 of all time.

And Moulin Rouge making the Top 100, one of my 10 most hated films ever, is just a travesty.

I just looked for my 2 favorite movies. Now that I've read it
