Smoked Wild Turkey Recipe?

I knocked one down this morning (10" beard, 1" spur and 18 and half pounds) and I want to smoke the the breasts. Anyone have a good recipe?

Be very careful or you will over cook it.

Inject it. Cook at 225.

Cut into strips, soak in italian dressing and lea and perrins for 20 min, roll in seasoned flour, place in 350 degree oil for a couple minutes until brown. Remove and let cool. Best smoked turkey you ever had.
