Season Ticket Question ('91 Niners vs. Saints Fire Edition)

Title is misleading, got it. But I like to go down memory lane a bit. On a serious note though, For those that are season ticket holders to the Saints, I have been on the waiting list since 2007. I called to see if I may have been skipped due to deploying so much, and the guy at the ticket office/customer service said I was at the top of the list. I am currently deployed right now, but how do they notify you with an offer of season tickets? Email? If by phone, I am screwed. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.
