Near the interstate. Restaurant is in the back of the grocery. Menu was in Spanish. I'm pretty sure I was the only person in there whose fist language was English.
Had lunch here today. Chips were very crispy and fresh. Salsa was delicious as well as a green jalapeño salsa as well. 2 pork softtacos and 2 lingua soft tacos on corn tortillas. Everything was delicious. Ingredients seemed very fresh.
Definitely nice change of pace from typical BR Mexican fare.

Did the staff speak english? atleast enough to order with out a problem?

Stop being such a damned gringo, the speakers of Spanish will soon be a larger population than blacks in the US, time to adapt.
