I am new to TR. I was wondering how to put a pic or clip when replying to a post.

Get a photobucket account and upload the pics there. You have to link from a hosted site.

once the pic is uploaded, copy the "direct link"
the Reply screen on TD has an "img" button next to the text window. click that. paste the direct link into the box
