Help remembering a horror film/short from the late 80s/early 90s!

This is all I remember. There was a rich guy, maybe a doctor or lawyer type. He was in love with this beautiful woman, but she did not want to be with him/stay with him. He drugged her and other various things to keep her with him. Eventually, she stayed...because he cut off her legs and arms! What was this?
