Would they be competing for the BPL right now and still be in the Champions League?
It's not a stretch to think they could have 3 or 4 more wins with a real striker the first half of the season. I just had this conversation with a guy at the bar, thought I'd ask you mongoloids.

Doubt we'd be in the PL maybe like 12-13 points or so behind instead of 16 but last season pretty much showed he can't really carry a team through a long campaign.
CL much more likely. Any production from that position in the home leg against Juve or the away leg against Shakthar might have given us the extra goal we needed and we wouldn't have had to play without a striker @Juve but it's still unlikely things would be much different.
