LSU bounced back with a nice road win tonight to even their conference record at 4-4. Adrienne Webb led all scorers with 21 pts, with Theresa Plaisance contributing 16 pts 9 rebs. The ladies will be back home on Monday when they take on TAMU on ESPN Big Monday.

Lutley needs to sit the bench, she is too much of a liability. She is constantly making poor passes, turning it over, and missing lay ups.

She hits lulls but at time she can get to the basket better than anyone on the team.

Turnovers killed us in this game, we need to start taking better care of the ball

Listened on the radio...it "sounded" like LSU was clearly better but the turnovers kept Auburn in the game. At this point of the year, a win is a win and you take it and move on. These next 3 home games are huge and tough...their post season fate probably rides on winning a game or two.

key win to get back to .500, Lutley needs to play, she is hot and cold, but without her we cannot play with inside teams, win one of next three would be big for NCAA chances..A&M with Coach Starkey's homecoming a tough one...

My sentiments exactly.

I think we can beat TAMU. I watched them play UK and last night Vandy. We can get them. I also think we can beat Georgia. Tennessee is going to be a challenge though..................but they ARE beatable if this team plays to its potential.

Could not agree more. It's been this way her whole career. I would rather start grooming one of the younger players for next year.

This was a nice win, esp. on the road. Hopefully the Lady Tigers can make the NCAA tourney.

I would like Baker to get more pt. She has a lot of upside, she is very gifted, she is just inexperienced.

I can definitely see our future backcourt being Baker and Ballard. I like both of their potential. But right now, I'd rather see the upperclassmen getting the bulk of the minutes. I could see in the Kentucky game that the freshmen are still not quite there composure-wise against the better competition..............and that's okay. They're freshmen. But they provide much needed quality depth at that position for this team..........especially for those times when......as one person has said.........Lutley is messing up, or Webb is not on her game.

We also have another great guard coming in next season to take Webb's place. Here she is.........

Moncrief!
