I hooked up the laptop to the TV for LSU Basketball vs Auburn, the video plays fine but, the only sound comes through laptop speaker? Anyone know how to get sound feed through TV?

Laptop with HDMI out. The monitor cable (VGA) is only video.

I'm guessing that you're not using hdmi.

This, HDMI, or USB cord work too.
Or you can just hook up speakers to your laptop, IHome works well; that's what I do
