The one I use is youtube-mp3.org You go to youtube.com and find a song you want, copy that link into the bar on youtube-mp3.org and it converts it and then you click on the download button. Not sure about doing it from a phone, but I'm sure it's possible.

Can't do it from a phone, not that it matters, and the website wasn't working a few months ago and that's why I downloaded YouTube downloader
