If you're a RB or small guy (slot back) it's a great offense to play in. Doesnt develop OL or QBs (other than "ATH" for the draft)...but it does just fine with great WRs. You learn to block which is the huge factor for any NFL coach in WRs and if you're good enough, you're the guy they're looking for on the downfield throws.

Yeah, maybe not the guy you look for in a transfer. I know we're infatuated with tall WRs right now because we dont really have a good one. But we should know not every 6'3+ guy would be a great get as a WR. Look at Armand Williams on our team and his struggles to see any playing time.
