Cincinnati or Houston Defense?

Cincinnati facing an Eagles team that has given up the 3rd most FPG to opposing defenses over the past 5 weeks; Houston is at home against Indy and Andrew Luck and they give up the 2nd most FPG to opposing defenses over the past 5 weeks.

I have Cincy in there now but am getting anxious with Foles starting to come alive.
