About to start my applications process and was wondering if anyone had any advice to help expedite the process. (or just any advice in general)

Hardly such a thing. Will take several months, provided no glitches.

I have a C&R FFL. Pretty painless for that one but for the 01 it is quite a process. Make sure you submit all required paperwork, cross your T's and dot your I's so you don't get delayed.

Just curious, do you have a storefront or one available for you to receive your guns? If you don't, you shouldn't waste your time.

Yeah, through Jims.

Wanted to get my build through an out of state company but dont feel like having the hassle of doing all of this paper work unaided.

After reading this I am a little confused, what are you looking to do, buy and sell guns to others, or something else?

it sounds like he is wanting to buy a gun and needs it shipped to an FFL?

That is how I read it also, it appears that he might be confused on what is needed to have a gun shipped from his statement. If that is the case he does not need a FFL and has the wrong procedure, all he needs is just a business that will accept his gun for transfer.

i took it to mean that he wanted to buy the stuff to make his own gun, and then be able to sell a few, as well... But, the Jims thing threw me off, so who knows?
