Fruit Tree Question

Have a question on fruit trees. Could a navel orange tree cross-pollinate with a Myers lemon tree? My lemon tree has no fruit and my navel tree has tons of fruit but the are smaller like a Myers lemon. They are also yellow not orange and taste like lemons. What day FBD?
