why is this game as seahawks stadium and not at UW?

Husky Stadium is under a full remodel. It's set to open next year.

blown opportunity there by UW. If they score there this would have gotten very interesting.

I don't understand what Price was trying to do on that play.

I hope we get an OC eventually so he can just focus on coaching and let someone else call plays.

Eh, you gotta run it in that situation. We still have to score twice. Take that extra 40 seconds off the clock.

Kiffin is hoping to run out the clock..it might backfire.

he could have just punted and made you go the length of the field but that would make too much sense

Game. Now we're through the brutal part of our schedule, although we have Oregon State in two weeks.

I watched the Oregon St game today and they look really good this year. They have some good looking athletes and their backup QB played really well. Do you play them at home or at their place?

We play them at home, so we have a decent shot. I'm still not completely sold on them. Maybe because it's hard for me to believe that the same coaching staff and mostly the same players are so much better than how terrible they were last year. If Oregon State stays in the top 10, then 5 of our first 8 opponents will have been ranked in the top 11 when we played them

Good game TDawg. I think UW is playing much better at "home" than on the road. We were fortunate that our Defense was forcing turnovers, because Kiffin's play calling was once again, VA NILLA.

Dude's going to end up giving me a coronary one of these days. Maybe he's waiting for a home game to showcase Lee and Woods.

USC, I believe, is the first visiting team (college or pro)) to win in Seattle this year. We could have destroyed them, but I'll just take the W.

Oregon won there, but it was against Wazzu. Come to think of it, they had a rough first half before routing the Cougs.

0 points in the 2nd half.

ZERO.

Run, run, run. Which made sense because Barkley looked like his usual over-rated crappy self.

Can't hit the deep ball, throws everything out of bounds near the sideline, can't move in the pocket - except ONE time, and ONE nice completion to Woods.

The passing game is beyond pathetic.

USC loses this game if Keith Price doesn't turn into a fumble machine...they had all the momentum.

Kiffin needs to figure out how to call a game that doesn't play into the strengths of what the defense is doing against you. He seriously gets owned half the time from the opposing coaches.

I miss Chow making defensive coordinators look silly and off balance...Lane makes them look like geniuses and USC is always the offense that is out of its comfort zone.

USC could use a little home cooking. I think playing in front of sold-out Coliseum crowds will get things going in the right direction again.

Fortunately there are only a couple of road games left; we play Arizona @ Tucson, and ucla in Pasadena.

Looking at USC's recent history, the second half of the season is where we usually turn it on.

I hope the algorithm holds true this time, because I'd have to agree with your assessment of Kiffin and his play calling. It's been ridiculously bad.
