When will Goodell try to fine Brees?

Sorry if this is already a thread somewhere, I've been working. Brees has been very outspoken in his criticism of Goodell and the bounty mess. He used some strong words the other day on Mike and Mike, calling it a sham.

Roger don't seem like the type of guy who will put up with that; I'm curious how much more he will let go before he imposes some BS fines (if he hasn't already). I wonder if Brees might even be baiting him to do so, to make him lose more credibility.

My bet is by week ten, Goodell will try to gag Drew, and then things will get really funny. I think we see Goodell forced out by 2014 due to him being a megalomaniac who's embarrassing the league.

To find a scapegoat to promote "player safety." He'll use this as a shining example of how to "better the league" down the line when he's fighting for an 18 game season.
