trade advice please

Two trades i was offered. One is
Cj spiller and fred Jackson for dez bryant
Other trade is
Alfred morris and deangelo williams for wes welker.
Im very weak @ rbs. Wrs are my strength imo. Heres my current rb/wr opitions
Rb-mjd
Rb- daniel thomas
bench rb- peyton hillis
Bench rb- benie wells
bench rb- blount
Wr- wes welker
Wr-dez bryant
wr-mike wallace
flex-denarius moore
Advice? Its a ppr league too btw

Take the first trade IMO.
Drop Wells for Vick Ballard, Alex Green, or Stevens-Howling.
