If WC started today...hypothetical USMNT starting lineup

Hypothetically, if the World Cup started today, and assume every US player in player pool is healthy (excluding Timmy Chandler) what's your best starting lineup (irrespective of who we match up against)

Even if Holden is healthy, he hasn't played in so long he would be too rusty as a starter.

i don't see dolo and boca starting, just because they got passed up by younger guys. I think they make on ability, leadership, and experience. I have danny williams starting because i don't think you can have jones starting and getting a red card in the 30th minute
