I picked up a bomber of this over the weekend and have it chilling for the weekend. Who's had it, and what were your thoughts?

Have had it on draft several times. Like it a lot .. has more a sweetness to it than a lot of IPAs. Let us know how it is out of the bottle.

Real solid beer. Had multiple bombers over the past year.

Really good beer. I had it for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Really enjoyed it.

And on an unrelated note, who else is thanking the beer gods daily for having Green Flash available in LA? I spent over $100 just in GF product Saturday.

I'm still not completely sold on Green Flash. Their beers are good but there are several IPAs I'd rather drink. I had a GF IPA at Ave Pub last week and the keg was quite old .. it was the pineyest thing I've ever drank. Asked Tammy to give me something else and she obliged.

As you would expect, I'm not a fan.

Ditto. Glad to have them here. I do enjoy Palate Wrecker, but it's a spring seasonal. I have a bottle of their Trippel, but haven't tried it yet.

I'll always welcome the addition of what seems, so far, to be a fairly solid line up. I'm certainly not annointing it the best of what's available in LA at the moment, but considering our still limited choices, it's nice to have another good option.

Love the beer, purchased several bombers the last few years.

On Green Flash, it's a welcome addition with good variety. It's not mindblowing stuff, but for LA is very, very good. The Red IPA is outstanding and there wasn't anything like that in the lineup here.

WUSS! A hopbomb is good sometimes.

I love me some West Coast IPA by GF.

I have never had it, but I have never liked any Belgian IPA I have tried.

i like the cali-belgique, but i have to be in the mood for it to really enjoy it.

green flash's west coast ipa is one of my favorites on louisiana shelves. hop head red is good as is the double stout. i thought palate wrecker was just ok.

I said this until I had Lakewood Brewery's (Dallas Brewer) Hop Trapp IPA. Fist Belgian IPA I've ever liked.
