ESPN snake draft

Does anyone know how to make the draft not snake? We are switching from myfantasyleague to ESPN this year and it appears it won't let us do a nonsnaking draft online.

It's only an 8 person league. The draft order is determined from last season's standings. I finished last so I pick first.
I finished 1st two years ago, drafted last, made to the playoffs, and finished with the highest over all points for.
You also get one keeper.

When you realize your season is over halfway through do you bench all your players for the top spot next season?

Did you set up a custom league or a standard league? If custom, the LM can change the draft order by switching from Randomizing one hour prior to the setting the draft order to however order you choose (ie this guys first, that guys fifth and so on and so on).
