How long can you keep live crawfish.....

3-4 sacks in a large 38 degree commercial cooler?
Will crawfish picked up on Thursday be OK on Saturday night?

Yep, just keep them a bit wet so the gills still get water to them.

Later on in the season they will keep a long time like fin said. I've kept them over 5 days before and only had a few pounds dead in them.

pour water on them at least once a day and they'll live for several days easily.
