Who else loves this?

I'm a big trivia buff so I like learning dumb facts about movies.

Plus, the notes make Escape From L.A. watchable

This is what i said in a similar thread last night...

I dig watching when they do that. It makes watching Braveheart or Seven for the fiftieth time a little more interesting. Problem is that if you've read the imdb trivia, you already know most everything they show
.

I always seem to watch it for a few minutes.

They already drag every movie out longer than anyone else. This just makes it take longer to sit through an already edited movie.

Your movie on AMC is a 101 minute movie that has been edited for content so you are getting less than 100 minutes of movie. It is showing from 9:30-Midnight so it's taking 150 minutes. You are having to watch over 50 minutes of something other than the movie.

The Prestige was just showing on Independent Film Channel. It is a 130 minutes long. They don't edit anything out. It's showing from 7:00-9:45 so it's taking 160 minutes. I only had to watch 30 minutes of non-movie content.

Escape from L.A. IMDb

The Prestige IMDb

AMC was great when it was TCM jr. with all movies & no commercials. It sucks now except for Breaking Bad.
