Anyone have any expirience with a corp to corp contract agreements with a Canadian company. I own a US based company and have reached a snag in negotiations with a Canadian company I want to do business with.
Are these contract agreements considered international ?

any advice is appreciated, Google etc has limited info

I helped negotiate a contract by which the oil company I worked for sold a small wholly American subsidiary to a Canadian company. We had no unusual problems - we stipulated in the contract that New York law would govern all aspects of the contract. Held most of the negotiations in Calgary (great place to spend a week!) and had the closing in Dallas.

yours or your suppliers account?

and you're 100% on the money...DHL with the right contract is usually the best way to go. Although recently i've been seeing some impressive FedEx rates to the Carribean/South America.

eta: btw i'm your guy if you ever need better rates
