Does SEC still have out on TA&M offer?

It's all tied to the Big 12 members signing the release of not taking legal action against the SEC once A&M joins. The SEC can always rescind the offer but I don't see that happening. Once the Big 12 goes thru it's process of staying together or disbanding they will let A&M go either way.
