Halo Reach Freebies from Bungie

Dunno if anybody cares, but if you have a portable device that uses iOS (iPhone, iPod touch), you can download the bungie mobile app and get a blue flame armor effect and bungie nameplate as a side bonus. These were items restricted to Bungie employees until just recently.

Apparently, other options are going to become available for those without apple devices soon.

I found out about this last night when I loaded up Reach out of boredom.

I think this stuff is only available until bungie day, which is apparently sometime next month. So get it while the getting is good.

it worked out for me, because I can't be bothered to save up long enough to get any of the other armor effects.
