Selling a Leased Vehicle

My lease on my truck is about to end, and I am going to sell it to a 3rd party for the residual value which will be owed to toyota. How does tax title and license work with this? I talked with the dealership and they seem to only care about getting the residual # and that's it. If anyone has any experience with this, I'd really appreciate it
