My Wii will not turn on....

My nintento wii will not turn on. I have tried to plug it into various outlets and the red light on the power button does not come on. Anyone ever expirience this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks.

I tended to fix it. It was plugged in and the LED light wasn't on or anything. I tried pushing the power and reset buttons numerous time an it would never come on. I unplugged it for about 30 min and plugged it back in and it eventually worked.

my wifes does this also. I guess the power supply has some type of surge or overheating protection that isnt well designed.
