Can anyone update this wallpaper?

It has some different layers and I don't really know how to go in and change everything.

You really can't without a lot of work. When someone creates an image, it is saved in layers. They can edit individual layers without affecting other ones. Once the file is saved in JPEG or PNG format, it is flattened and you cannot edit the individual layers. Now, if you had the original file, it would be very simple but the only person with that is likely the original creator. Sorry.
