Will all BCS conferences one day play a conf title game?

All 6 conferences need to do this. It makes things more fair/even. Why should the SEC and big 12 teams have to risk losing 13 times when the other confs only have 12 games? Also, the Big east and pac ten use this weekend as another regualar season playing date which is also not fair b/c their teams get 2 off weeks (some seasons 3) when teams from the sec, big12/10, and acc only get 1.
Here's how to do it:
Big Ten Standings
EAST
* - Ohio State 7-1 10-2
* - Penn State 6-2 10-2
x - Purdue 4-4 5-7
* - Wisconsin 5-3 8-3
* - Michigan State 4-4 6-6
* - Notre Dame — 6-6
WEST
* - Iowa 6-2 10-2
* - Northwestern 5-3 8-4
* - Minnesota 3-5 6-6
x - Illinois 2-6 3-8
x - Michigan 1-7 5-7
x - Indiana 1-7 4-8
Iowa v Ohio St. from Ford Field
Pacific-10 Standings
NORTH
* - Oregon 8-1 10-2
* - Oregon State 6-3 8-4
* - Stanford 6-3 8-4
* - California 5-3 8-3
x - Washington 3-5 4-7
x - Washington State 0-9 1-11
SOUTH
* - Boise State 7-0 12-0
* - Brigham Young 7-1 10-2
* - USC 5-3 8-3
* - Arizona 5-3 7-4
* - UCLA 3-6 6-6
x - Arizona State 2-7 4-8
Boisie v Oregon Quallcom Stadium
Big East Standings
NORTH
* - Cincinnati 6-0 11-0
* - Pittsburgh 5-1 9-2
* - Rutgers 3-3 8-3
* - Connecticut 2-4 6-5
x - Syracuse 1-6 4-8
SOUTH
* - TCU 8-0 12-0
* - East Carolina 7-1 8-4
* - West Virginia 4-2 8-3
* - South Florida 3-3 7-4
x - Louisville 1-6 4-8
Cincy v TCU FexEx Field
Some great matchups there, less contraversy, more money for the leagues/schools everybodys happy, right?

Michigan and Ohio State will be in the same division.

unless NBC drops their deal with ND, them joining the Big 10 will never happen.

I would like to see that, especially if they put the mid-majors (Boise, TCU) in the conferences. I think eventually we'll see this I just don't know when

why the frick would TCU want to join the Big East. That's a shitty deal in terms of traveling.

no, they don't. Some times , like this year in the SEC they can settle things, most of the time they are a potential joke.

The Pac-10's RR is the most fair and even.

Because they choose to do so. Dispite what you might think the SEC CG is about 1 thing and its not "fairness",its $$$$$$$$$
