Kudos to our Special Teams - another solid year!

As undisciplined and disorganized as LSU's coaching appears to be at times, especially in the past 2 years, our Special Teams continue to shine.
Good job in getting Helton and Jasper on board to replace Colt David and Fisher - we take our kickers for granted - we've been fortunate to have solid kickers for our team this decade.
The kickoff and punt coverage has also been pretty stellar, and some coaching "thumbs up" certainly need to go out for their efforts this year!

Absolutely. Special teams by far played better and more consistently than the O and D. Must be something to not having a confused squad waiting to the last second for a play call.

You know...after 2005 with "punt ugly" this needs to be pointed out as a huge plus. Since then I have never said "crap we are punting/kicking here comes doom".
