I just got an email. There is a special "pre-season NIT" procedure you have to follow. To get the tickets, you have to go to the corner of Oklahoma Street and Garfield Avenue. There will be a man standing on a corner there. The password is "8-ball". Roll down the window and say "8-ball please" and that should do ya.

Yes by the gate. The ticket includes admission to both games, but they don't hand out the wrist bands until 5:30 for the "pit" area

LSU plays at 7. So I would assume the ticket distribution begins at 5:30.
