Might as well try. Paul Allen has enough money that he will think nothing of trying to sue the shite out of someone to save cap space

I would think that its Darius Miles that should be doing the suing now.

Whoever signs Miles should sue Portland for not warning them that they are about to sign a piece of hot garbage.

so much for being a "free" agent

Portland is stupid having something that could do that to them in the contract, they deserve it

This is exactly right.

Why is Portland trying to intimidate everyone, they ONLY reason they got the special benefits is because they ruled his injury "career-ending", when in reality it was not... they signed him to the ridiculous contract and should not be bailed out of it with their phony "career-ending" garbabe. He will play in the league again, obviously will not be a star now but I bet he gets a roster spot.

Except Miles has evidence

miles has already had his lawyers contact the player's union and file a greivance. always the first step in a lawsuit.

i know for a fact the grizz were definitely thinking about signing him to another 10 day but darko's injury meant the grizz needed to free up a spot in case they need another big man.

f* the blazers. they lucked into getting oden a few years ago. the grizz had the worse record that year. now i hope we stick it back at them. karma is a b!tch.

Barry Bonds??There is no comparison... Miles has every right to sue the Blazers for preventing him from trying to make a living.....Paul Allen has a bunch of money , and this will cost him at least a few million

That's an awesome move by Memphis, I was hoping a team would have the guts to do it.
