When asked about playing Tim Tebow a def. player for OU said that they already faced the best three QB's in the nation and the right player won the Heisman. After the Ole Miss speech Tebow made to get his team rolling, I wouldnt put up any bulletin board material concerning Timmy. They might eat this one.

"If you look at the three best quarterbacks in the country, they came from the Big 12," said Franks, referring to Oklahoma's Sam Bradford, Texas' Colt McCoy and Texas Tech's Graham Harrell. "The three best receivers in the country came from the Big 12. The three best tight ends came from the Big 12. So we've faced some great offenses, and a lot of people don't understand that other conferences don't have what we face."

Ole Miss agrees.

What is inaccurate about this statement? They have faced 5 of the top 10 offenses in the country. None have had a defense to compliment it, but his point is correct.

It's not inaccurate but its quite amusing. Especially if he thinks it means anything.

Well, Sam Bradford is his teammate so he didn't play against him. They played Colt McCoy and gave up 28-for-35 passing (and lost). They beat Graham Harrell and Texas Tech, who were subsequently beaten by Ole Miss.

So what exactly is his point? That they were 1-1 against good quarterbacks? Congratulations.
