He's the president over 300k worth of HC salary. He has no real stroke when it comes to TAF.

Could not agree more. Guy is seemingly a huge improvement over the last clown.

The melt on this board when Tate was hired was extreme and totally uncalled for. To all the posters that said they would quit supporting LSU because of Tate, are you ready to jump back on the bandwagon?

Other ran requiring mandatory vaccinations for all students, anti-racism training for incoming freshmen, and putting his face on a creepy mural in the WBB practice facility, he’s been great.

Other than the vaccine-negative test mandate at start of football season, he’s been okay.

In what way? He’s done what the president is supposed to do in regards to athletics.

Stay out of the way.

Without a doubt. I was admittingly concerned with the hire at first. He seems to be making sound, and much needed, change on the academic front and shows to love LSU.

And he knows how to STAY TF AWAY from some aspects of athletics, and when to show face.

Mandatory vaccinations allowed LSU to have a mostly normal semester. 2. What's wrong with anti-racism training at a public university where people from all over the world are living and learning together (something that probably wasn't micromanaged by a President)? 3. I seriously doubt he had input into the WBB graphics. That's not what a university President does either. 4. I agree. He's been great.
